Returns & Exchanges

IMITO values it's reputation of having great fitting garments; therefore we always want our customers to be happy wearing their IMITO's.

We accept returns as follows:

• Return packages must be returned no later than one week. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with all original tags attached in the original bag in order to be eligible for return. 

• Unauthorized returns later than 14 days from collection at IMITO store date will not be accepted and will be returned to the client. 

• Any merchandise returned without the copy of the original invoice will not be accepted and returned to sender. 

• Any merchandise sold at a discount of 50% or more, or marked FINAL SALE, cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. 

• Order shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. 

• Authorized returns are refunded in the same form of payment as the original purchase.  

• Please allow up to 14 business days from the receipt of the return for processing. 

• IMITO does not accept merchandise purchased from other retailers. We only accept returns that were purchased from the IMITO store.  

• Gift cards are nonrefundable. 

• IMITO reserves the right to deny a refund for any returned merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements. 

• Please ship the merchandise back to the IMITO STORE SHOP# 10C, Lane 2, Zamzama, Karachi, Pakistan. Using any traceable shipping method, at your expense. We recommend using a carrier who will provide tracking information to ensure that your package does not get lost. IMITO cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Packages must be returned prepaid. We are unable to accept returns COD. 

• Please note, that we will not speed up your order otherwise we will not take any guarantee of quality or workmanship etc.
